IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY: This KANJŌ Software License Agreement (“LICENSE”) is the agreement that governs the use of the software created by LES LOGICIELS BUDJ’HÈTE INC. This contract includes the computer software and the associated information (“SOFTWARE”) that you can print. By downloading, installing, copying or otherwise using the software, you agree to abide by the terms of this agreement. If you reject the terms of this agreement, do not download the software.RAPPELS

Le logiciel est protégé par les lois régissant le droit de copie/reproduction et les traités de copie/reproduction internationaux, tout comme les lois et traités sur la propriété intellectuelle. Ledit contrat détermine les termes et conditions de la licence logiciel.
BUDJ’HÈTE SOFTWARE INC. offers the user a right to use the software, non-exclusive and non-transferable, in compliance with the following conditions:
The user can install and use a copy of the software on as many computers as he wants; however, each copy is unique to ONE company and can not be shared among multiple companies.
If you have a trial version, you can only use the software on a temporary basis to evaluate it.
Reverse engineering is prohibited. The user does not have the right to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software or try to obtain the source code by any means. It is forbidden to separate the software elements. The software has a unique patent. The elements that compose it must not be separated for use on other computers or independently. It is forbidden to rent the software. The user does not have the right to rent the software in any form whatsoever to a third party.
This license will be terminated ipso jure to any user who does not respect the terms and conditions set forth herein. In the event of this prohibition of use, the user will be obliged to destroy each copy he has made of the software or software elements..
The title and reproduction of the software and its contents (including, without limitation, images, photographs, demonstrations, video, sound, music, text and any other information included in the software), the printable material and all copies of the software, are the property of LES SOFTWARE BUDJ’HÈTE Inc. or its suppliers. The software is protected by the provisions of the international treaties and laws in force concerning reproduction. As a result, the Software User Customer must comply with the Reproduction Requirements, except for the exception in this Agreement which permits copies of the Software for one and the same Company.
Any dispute arising from this contract will be submitted to the investigating authority and judged by the courts of the province of Quebec, according to the laws in force in that province. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
In the event that certain provisions of these terms are superseded by expressly designated legal notices, they shall be interpreted in accordance with the law in force and brought into conformity with this law. This contract represents the final, complete and exclusive document formalizing the agreement between the parties concerned; it replaces and cancels any other agreement or preliminary contract, whether oral or written. The customer agrees not to ship, transfer or export this software to another country, or to use it in any way that violates Canadian export laws or regulations. Changes to this agreement will be made in writing only, signed by a person designated by LES SOFTWARE BUDJ’HÈTE INC.
